Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 3-4 salmon fillets
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, cumin seeds, and chili powder. Mix well.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and feta cheese.
- Top with the cumin-crusted salmon fillets.
