Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cumin seeds
1 tablespoon chili powder
3-4 salmon fillets
1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 red onion, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, cumin seeds, and chili powder. Mix well.
Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and feta cheese.
Top with the cumin-crusted salmon fillets.
