Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons warm milk

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add melted butter, egg, and warm milk and stir until combined.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a 10x12-inch rectangle. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Roll up the dough and cut into 8 slices. Place rolls in a greased 9x13-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners' sugar and warm milk. Drizzle over cooled rolls before serving.
