Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and eggs. Mix until blended.
- Place mixture in a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup and sour cream. Spread over top of meatloaf.
- Bake an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
