Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and eggs. Mix until blended.
Place mixture in a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
Bake for 45 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup and sour cream. Spread over top of meatloaf.
Bake an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
