Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.

- Place the chicken wings on the smoker rack and smoke for 2 hours.
- Remove the wings from the smoker and place in a large bowl. Add the butter and toss to coat evenly.
