- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 overripe bananas, mashed
- 2 large eggs

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, and all-purpose flour. Stir in the brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and stir until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
