2 croissants
1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup taco seasoning
1/4 cup diced onion

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut croissants in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Serve with sour cream, if desired.
