Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs pork spareribs
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, parsley, garlic, thyme, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
- Place spareribs in a shallow baking dish.
- Brush the spareribs with the olive oil mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until ribs are cooked through and lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
