Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. of spaghetti
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the cream and Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
- Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
