Ingredients
1 12-14 lb. turkey
Your favorite dry rub
1/2 cup of apple juice
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of olive oil
Directions
Remove the turkey from its packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
Rub the dry rub all over the turkey, making sure to get into all the nooks and crannies.
Combine the apple juice, cider vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl and mix together.
Place the turkey in a large roasting pan.
Pour the liquid mixture over the turkey, making sure to get it all over the bird.
Cover the roasting pan with foil and place it in a preheated 350 degree oven.
Bake for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165 degrees.
Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
