In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the mascarpone cheese and whisk until combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until combined.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the espresso, Kahlua, and cinnamon. Dip the ladyfingers into the espresso mixture and layer them into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Dust with half of the cocoa powder.
Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
