Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 ounces silver or white tequila
- 2 ounces triple sec
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into a shaker.
- Add the sugar and tequila to the shaker and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the margarita into a glass and top with a splash of triple sec.
