Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Add the white chocolate chips and hazelnuts to the dough and mix until evenly distributed.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place on the prepared baking sheet. Use the back of a spoon to flatten the dough balls slightly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely before serving.
