Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunbutter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together sunbutter and honey until well combined.
- Add oats, dried fruit, chia seeds, and cinnamon to the sunbutter and honey mixture and stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
