Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sunbutter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together sunbutter and honey until well combined.
  3. Add oats, dried fruit, chia seeds, and cinnamon to the sunbutter and honey mixture and stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
