Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Directions

Add the potatoes and cauliflower and mix to coat in the spices.
Add the water and season with salt to taste.
Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to evaporate any remaining liquid.
Serve warm.
