Ingredients
- 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 12x10 inches.
- Spread the chopped sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the puff pastry.
