Ingredients
1 lb. of any kind of short pasta (penne, farfalle, etc.)
2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large bowl.
Add the tomatoes, basil, cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to combine.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
