Ingredients
- 1 lb. of any kind of short pasta (penne, farfalle, etc.)
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large bowl.
- Add the tomatoes, basil, cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to combine.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
