Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 lb. sausage meat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage meat, breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Divide the sausage mixture into 6 equal portions.
  4. Flatten each portion into a patty and wrap it around a hard-boiled egg.
  5. Place the eggs onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
