Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (12 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until the beef is no longer pink; drain off fat.
- Stir in the frozen vegetables, soup, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange biscuit dough over the top.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until biscuits are golden brown.
