Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (12 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until the beef is no longer pink; drain off fat.
  3. Stir in the frozen vegetables, soup, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange biscuit dough over the top.
  5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until biscuits are golden brown.
