Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9-in. square baking pan.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in oats, strawberries, pecans and chocolate chips.
Spread into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
