Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup chopped dried strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9-in. square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in oats, strawberries, pecans and chocolate chips.
- Spread into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
