Ingredients
- 3-4 lb boneless pork roast
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, sage, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork roast.
- Place the pork roast in a greased roasting pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the orange marmalade and 1/4 cup of water.
- Pour the marmalade mixture over the pork roast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature of the pork is 145°F.
- Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
