Ingredients
- 2 Tilapia fillets
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a shallow dish, combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place Tilapia fillets in the mixture and coat both sides.
- Place fillets on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat white wine, garlic, and parsley until boiling.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and add Tilapia fillets. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove Tilapia fillets from heat and serve warm.
