Ingredients
2 Tilapia fillets
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup of white wine
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a shallow dish, combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place Tilapia fillets in the mixture and coat both sides.
Place fillets on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat white wine, garlic, and parsley until boiling.
Reduce heat to a simmer and add Tilapia fillets. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove Tilapia fillets from heat and serve warm.
