- 1 baguette

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice the baguette into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, oregano, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Brush the baguette rounds with the olive oil mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the red onion and jalapenos and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cilantro and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
- To assemble the crostini, top each baguette round with the jalapeno and onion mixture. Serve immediately.
