Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices, olive oil, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Before serving, mix in the fresh parsley and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  4. Serve chilled.
