Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, and oats until fully combined.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
  3. Form into one-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
