Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped pretzels

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once melted, pour the chocolate onto the parchment paper, spreading it evenly into a thin layer.
  4. In the same saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Once melted, pour the white chocolate onto the parchment paper, spreading it evenly over the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts and pretzels over the chocolate layer.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to cool and set for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and enjoy!
