Blender Béarnaise Sauce
Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar. Beat with a mixer until combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat until creamy.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and caramel. Pour into prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
