Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream to the creamed mixture. Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for at least 10 minutes before serving.
