Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream to the creamed mixture. Gently fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Let cool in pan for at least 10 minutes before serving.
