- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup diced fresh or frozen strawberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter and lightly dust with flour.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and yogurt.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
