Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Place the steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and cook as desired.
