Place the lobsters in the boiling water, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Remove the lobsters from the pot and let cool.
When the lobsters are cool enough to handle, remove the meat from the shells. Discard the shells.
In a medium saucepan, combine the wine, butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Heat over medium-high heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
Add the lobster meat to the saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the lobster with the sauce.
