Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, pretzels, or vegetables for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spread mixture into an ovenproof dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, or vegetables.
