1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips, pretzels, or vegetables for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Spread mixture into an ovenproof dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, or vegetables.
