Ingredients
1 pound tuna (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions
If using fresh tuna, cut into 1/4 inch cubes.
In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, panko, green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, sriracha, pepper, salt, and egg. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into 8 cakes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cakes and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3 minutes per side.
Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
