Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into small florets
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cauliflower florets, eggs, flour, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, coriander, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly combined.
