Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced

Directions

Add the smoked turkey, black beans, and chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in the cilantro and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve warm.
