In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, garlic, onion, celery, potatoes, red bell pepper, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add the sausage and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
Stir in the parsley and serve.
