Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 English muffin halves
  • 4 slices of deli ham
  • 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Flip the eggs over and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the yolks are set.
  3. Meanwhile, toast the English muffin halves in the oven or toaster. Place a slice of deli ham on each of the muffin halves.
  4. Once the eggs are cooked, place one egg on each of the muffin halves. Top with bacon, hollandaise sauce, and spinach leaves.
