Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef, cooked pulled pork, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a lightly greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
