- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cooked pulled pork
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef, cooked pulled pork, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a lightly greased loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let cool slightly before serving.
