- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne and cook until just al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, jalapeño, garlic, bell peppers, thyme, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth and cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp and cook until the pasta is heated through, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the cilantro and serve hot.
