Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine coconut, condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter, flour, and salt. Stir until everything is well blended.
  3. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
