Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 slices of cooked sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs or spices

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into four equal pieces.
  3. Place the puff pastry pieces onto a baking sheet and top each one with a slice of sausage.
  4. Crack an egg into each pastry and top with cheese and salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until the egg is cooked and the pastry is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with optional herbs or spices.
