Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced

Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cayenne pepper, and salt and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the chicken and cashews and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
Add the broth, coconut milk, and lime juice and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
