- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
- In a separate shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, coating each piece completely. Shake off any excess flour.

- Add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
