Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons tequila
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 (6-ounce) grouper fillets
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Add the lime juice, tequila, orange juice, and cilantro and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Add the grouper fillets and cook, turning once, until the fish is just cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Serve the grouper with the sauce and garnish with lime wedges.
