Ingredients
- 2 lb. Tri-Tip Steaks
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
Directions
- In a shallow dish, combine the soy sauce, garlic, oregano, pepper, thyme, paprika, coriander, and cumin. Mix well.
- Add the Tri-Tip steaks to the marinade and turn to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill Tri-Tip steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
- Remove steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
