Ingredients

  • 2 pounds swordfish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the swordfish with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the swordfish for 3-4 minutes per side or until it is cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, cilantro, parsley, red onion, jalapeño, and honey. Mix until combined.
