- 2 eggs

Directions
- Preheat a pizzelle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring to combine.
- Drop a teaspoonful of batter onto the preheated pizzelle maker and close the lid. Cook for about 30 seconds, or until the pizzelle is golden brown.
- Remove the pizzelle from the pizzelle maker and place on a cooling rack. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Once the pizzelles are completely cool, store in an airtight container.
