Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape each one into a mini-loaf.
- Place the mini-loaves in a greased 8"x8" baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
- Serve warm.
