Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape each one into a mini-loaf.
  4. Place the mini-loaves in a greased 8"x8" baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
  6. Serve warm.
