Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 lb) boneless pork butt roast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pat pork roast dry with paper towels and season with garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add pork to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
