Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
- Spray the inside of a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the chicken broth, Italian dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker and spoon the sauce over top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, shred with two forks and stir into the sauce.
- Serve over rice or with a side of vegetables.
