Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Your favorite salsa, for serving
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef, onion, and bell peppers and cook until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- To serve, place the beef and vegetables in the center of the tortillas and top with cilantro and salsa.
